This issue is actually a reprint published by The Skaguay News in the early 1900s for visitors. The only difference between the original issue and the reprint is the addition of photographs. The original did not contain them.
Ads in the paper includes those for the Hotel Mondamin where Soapy stayed, and possibly lived. The Klondike Saloon and Music Hall which is believed to have been owned by Soapy. A write-up on Frank Reid and a large ad for Clancy’s Place, whose owners, John ad Frank Clancy, were partners of Soapy's.
